Pre-Solicitation Notice for the notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Research and Development (R&D), Regional Procurement Office (RPO) � East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for a one (1) year base period to include two (2) option years to DistillerSR Inc, 450-505 March Road, Ottawa, ON K2K 3 CANADA, to purchase an annual subscription to DistillerSR to support critical steps in the conduct and reporting of systemic reviews performed by the VA Evidence Synthesis Program (ESP). This is a request for a continuing need. DistillerSR currently is used by the VA ESP at one of its five program sites and VA ESP has a continuing need for it at the existing site and program-wide.
