NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO: ADB SAFEGATE AMERICAS 1 INC. (UEI: FC27G9QUXCN8/ CAGE: 77AZ9) The 92nd Civil Engineering Squadron has a requirement to upgrade Fairchild AFB's (FAFB) Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) with secure, energy-efficient industrial computers, managed network switches, and ACE3 units. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials required for the system's hardware installation, software updates, and operational commissioning. This system requires a comprehensive upgrade to modernize its components and enhance its cyber-security posture to align with current Department of Defense (DOD) and U.S. Air Force (USAF) standards. The existing system's hardware and software need to be serviced and modified to conform with FAA AC150/5345-56 specifications and relevant sections of DAFGM 2024-32-01.
