Title: Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program Multi-Mission Dry Dock, Multiple Award Construction Contract Type: Preliminary Pre-Solicitation Notice Location: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY & IMF), and other areas under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). The Navy intends to issue an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award construction contract (MACC) request for proposal (RFP) in September 2026. Period of Performance/Maximum Value: The period of performance will be a base period of 60 months and up to five 12-month option periods for a maximum possible duration of ten (10) years; or an aggregate maximum estimated value of $30 billion for all task orders, whichever occurs first.
