The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Delivery Order with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), a Lockheed Martin company 6900 Main Street, Stratford CT 06614 to upgrade the Avionics, Flight Controls, Hydraulics and Electrical System Integration Labs (SILs), Maintenance Data Computer (MDC) and Warnings Cautions and Advisories (WCA) test stands to a Production representative configuration for aircraft parts identified as priority by NAVAIR. This effort includes the procurement and installation of hardware, software updates, documentation updates, and validation testing to ensure functionality of new hardware. The Delivery Order will be awarded via a Basic Ordering Agreement with SAC. SAC has been the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the CH-53K weapon system.
