Synopsis For a Five Year Basic Ordering Agreement for the Repair of Items in Support of the F-18 Aircraft

This is a NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia presolicitation notice for the repair of three (3) items for a five (5) year period estimated from 2027 through 2032 for the evaluation and repairs of various repair components of the Navy Weapon Systems in support of the F-18 aircraft. This is a combined Navy and FMS requirement. The items covered are: 1) NIIN 015830123 / Part Number 2028844-032, 2) NIIN 015830119 / Part Number 2030584-001, and 3) NIIN 016281388 / Part Number 2030584-002. The Government intends to solicit a Requirements Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with DRS Training & Control Systems, LLC (12339). DRS Training & Control Systems, LLC (12339) is the only known source to possess full repair capabilities. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government.
