NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Singapore has issued a competitive solicitation for the USNS CITY OF BISMARCK (T-EPF 9) Mid-Term Availability (MTA), with a period of performance from 1 Feb 2027 until 16 Apr 2027. The place of performance shall be the contractor�s facility located in the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR) with geographical restriction excluding performance in India. The Government intends to award a single, hybrid contract that will include both Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and Time and Material (T&M) CLINs for growth work for the execution of the USNS CITY OF BISMARCK (T-EPF 9) MTA. The technical requirements for this availability are detailed within the work item package found in Section J, Attachment J-1.
