This is a Synopsis as required by the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416) and fulfills the synopsis and advertising requirements prescribed in FAR Part 5 � Publicizing Contract Actions. DLA Troop Support intends to issue a 100% Small Business Set Aside solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of NSN 3940-01-541-0894 - Multi Leg Sling. This item is fully competitive and has First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing requirements, as well as requires JCP certification.. The government plans to award a Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for 2000 EA, with 50% and 100% quantity options. CLIN 0001, which will be for the 2,000 units, will have Inspection and Acceptance at Origin; only FOB Origin pricing will be acceptable for CLIN 0001.
