This procurement is required in order to provide the D-21 Windows 11 Technology Upgrade for fire alarm and emergency notification systems at Grand Forks AFB, ND. This procurement is intended to be awarded as a sole source due to the proprietary rights Monaco Enterprises, Inc. has over the D-21 Alarm Reporting Software and database configurations that will be used in the automated dispatch systems at Grand Forks AFB.
