The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1247 square feet of usable square feet of commercial office space and parking for two (2) vehicles and located within a one-quarter mile radius of W. Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York. The office space must have a secondary egress. Lessor must use the Government form of lease.
