REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region � Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), located at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA, is conducting market research on behalf of the Provost Marshall Office Quantico VA. The purpose is to identify vendors capable of providing kennels and boarding for an estimated amount of 10 to 20 Military Working Dogs for an estimated time of 24 to 48 months.
