The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, BUMED/FM&C Directorate intends to procure via sole-source acquisition, five (5) Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) / Emergency Medical Services (EMS) "Cut Suit". which includes replacing vest with surgical vest and replacing TCCC skins with surgical skins. The requirement will also include new Blood Pumping System, which has added a pulse, multi-channel flow control, and works with the Advanced Surgical Skills Packages (ASSP). These hyper-realistic training simulators are needed to support The Naval Expeditionary Medicine Warfighter Development Center (NEMWDC)�s training programs.
