Pre-solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to a limited number of suppliers identified through targeted market research. The RFQ will not be publicly posted on SAM.gov. Instead, the Contracting Officer will solicit quotations directly from selected vendors in accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) and the agency�s market research findings.
