Pre-Solicitation Notice for the notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Research and Development (R&D), Regional Procurement Office (RPO) � East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for a one (1) year base period to include three (3) option years to Avicenna Medical Systems, Inc., 3090 Dhu Varren Ct, Ann Arbor, MI 48105-9654, to provide support for the implementation of the upgraded Avicenna Turbo Note at multiple VA sites utilizing Turbo Note. Avicenna Medical Systems, Inc., is the developer and exclusive licensee of the source code and related Know How covering the MedRec Tool and its various modules including Turbo Note. The upgraded Turbo Note is considered a Derivative Work under license VA ID #2016-186.
