Updated June 23, 2026 to add Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (Version 2) due to many issues opening the document. Please ensure you are emailed to all 6 email address to avoid delays in responses. The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Custodial services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Provide cleaning services for facilities including flooring care, restroom cleaning and periodic cleaning tasks to maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Specific cleaning is required by regulation and to retain accreditation for the Fitness Center, Youth Center and Child Development Center (CDC). An organized site visit will be held on Tuesday July 7, 2026 at 0800 CST (08:00AM CST), we will begin at Building 52 and escort everyone to the main buildings via bus from there.
