This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a RFQ under solicitation number 80JSC026Q0008 for Hypoxia Chamber Sercices including the infrastructure, personnel, training, materials, foods, supplies, and operational support necessary to execute the objective. The objective is to investigate the physiological, cognitive, and clinical effects of mild hypobaric hypoxia to inform vehicle atmospheric conditions for NASA�s Artemis Program.
