GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: Tennessee City: Johnson City Delineated Area: Starting at the intersection of Boones Creek Rd and Knob Creek Rd, travel east and south on Knob Creek Rd to N. State of Franklin Rd. Go south on N. State of Franklin Rd to W. State of Franklin Rd. Proceed north on W. State of Franklin Rd to University Pkwy. Travel south then north on University Pkwy to I-26.
