Description: Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), on behalf of Capability Program Executive Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare CPE ISW Project Manager, Intelligence Systems and Analytics (PM IS&A) announces the issuance of a sole-source contract modification to Raytheon Company (CAGE:1NJM1) under Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract W56KGY-23-D-0005. The modification provides for the continued sustainment, maintenance, and modernization of the Cross Domain Enterprise All-Source User Repository (CENTAUR) III System. This action is necessary to support the continued execution of mission requirements. Authority: The contract modification was awarded on a sole-source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. � 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
