Sustainment Support (Repair, Spares, and Engineering Services) for AN/GSM-397 Systems

The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing repair, manufacturing, sustaining engineering, software support, program management, and related services for the AN/GSM-397 Electronic Systems Test Set (ESTS) and associated components supporting the F-15 aircraft. The Government possesses Design Authority and Document Change Authority; however, the Government does not possess the proprietary technical data, software, drawings, schematics, source code, interface documentation, or depot-level test procedures necessary to independently perform this effort. The Government is conducting market research to determine the availability of commercial and non-commercial capabilities in support of this requirement. Respondents are encouraged to identify any Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS), modified COTS, Nondevelopmental Item (NDI), or commercial service approaches applicable to this requirement.
