Naval Medical Research Unit South in Lima, Peru has a requirement to procure respiratory panels 2.1 to be delivered in our collaborator Laboratorio de Salud P�blica del Meta. If capable sources are not identified through this notice, then NAMRU South intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) to SERVICIOS DE INGENIERIA PARA LABORATORIO S A S. Thru Market Research the Government identified that while these items can be procured independently on the Open Market, only SERVICIOS DE INGENIERIA PARA LABORATORIO S A S. is the only vendor that can support the requirement in its entirety as mandated by the study.
