Request For Information (RFI) Title: Enterprise Laptop Initiative. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 (Market Research), this is a Request for Information (RFI). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain knowledge and information for project planning purposes. Submission of any information in response to this RFI is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
