This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation for commercial SERVICES in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4600-26-Q-0119 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for programming the Human Machine Interface (HMI) to allow manual implementation of Island Mode for the power (i.e. removing B1000 from commercial power), upgrading the Master Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to latest hardware and software.
