The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office will issue a competitive solicitation on/about July 1, 2026. The BLM anticipates multiple awards from this solicitation. It is estimated that the period of performance for the services will be up to three years, although this may vary per project, but will not exceed 5 years. The BLM administers funds generated by the Lincoln County Land Act of 2000 (Act). The Act provides for the sale of public land in Lincoln County, NV, with the sale proceeds available, in part, for archaeological studies within Lincoln County. These proceeds are used to fund quotes to deal with aspects of the inventory, evaluation, protection, and management of unique archaeological resources in Lincoln County, NV.
