FORT RILEY - CHAPEL AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT UPGRADE

This requirement encompasses the commercial procurement, delivery, physical installation, and system-wide integration of upgraded Audio-Visual (AV) components across Kapaun Chapel, St. Mary's Chapel, and Morris Hill Chapel at Fort Riley, Kansas. The scope of work requires furnishing and integrating digital audio mixing consoles (Yamaha TF1 or functionally equivalent systems featuring motorized faders, multi-scene recall, and native Dante audio network compatibility), commercial power amplifiers, and wireless microphone systems with existing sanctuary acoustic infrastructure. In Kapaun Chapel, the contractor shall install a high-output solid-state laser projection system delivering a minimum of 9,000 ANSI lumens at native WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution with an operational lifespan of at least 20,000 maintenance-free hours, supported by HDBaseT or equivalent signal extension systems capable of transmitting uncompressed 4K UHD video up to 330 feet (100 meters).
