Amendment 0005 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated solicitation (Combined Solicitation Ver 4 - FA460026Q0101 - 9.15.26). This update states "The offeror shall provide with its offer a written plan describing how it will continue to perform the essential contractor services listed in attachment 01 - PWS - Section 5.1.4, Mission Essential Contractor Services, dated 15 June 2026, during periods of crisis. This plan shall be in accordance with DFARS 252.237-7024 Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services." Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated Q&A document (Attachment 05 - Questions and Answers Ver 2 - 9.15.26).
