Repair B632, Fire Suppression and Hangar Door
The Illinois National Guard has an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for Repair of the Fire Suppression and Hangar Door for Building 632 at the 182d Airlift Wing, Peoria, IL. Work includes the repair of the existing fire protection and detection systems. Remove existing AFFF tanks and existing piping and replace with new water pipes and pumps. Resize pumps in the Base Pump House, Building 831 to adequately provide pressure to the fire water loop. Remove existing Megadoor hangar doors at north door of building 632, mullion doors, motors, and associated conduit, wire, etc. Provide and Install new Megadoor vertical lift hangar door system and associated components.
