Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF)The Brigade requires the procurement of ten (10) commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), brand-agnostic Automated 3D Digital Footwear Fitting Systems and associated annual technical service. This acquisition modernizes the Initial Entry Training (IET) Clothing Initial Issue Point (CIIP) across the Reception Battalions.
