June 18, 2026 - Published AMD 0001 Minor Changes SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL PROJECT DETAILS Project: Construction Services/Steam Tunnel Ventilation System Replacement, NIST, Boulder, CO This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS for this acquisition is 236220; the Small Business Size Standard is $45.0 Million. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing tunnel ventilation system with steam heating coils with (2) natural gas indirect fired make up air units (MAU�s). This construction effort will procure and deliver a complete, operational tunnel ventilation system, including removal of existing equipment, installation MAU�s, and all associated systems required for safe, reliable, and continuous ventilation system. Work will be planned and phased to be performed between the months of May 1 through October 31, mitigating the chances for pipes to freeze.
