** 27 August 2026 ** RFP HT941026R2001 Amendment 004 This amendment is issued to notify interested parties of the following updates to the solicitation and its associated attachments: Solicitation & Clause Updates: The Period of Performance has been updated to identify the transition period separate from the base period. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.219-6 has been removed from this solicitation. FAR clause 52.219-14 is incorporated to correct a clerical error. Proposal Format, paragraph (b), has been revised, and the RFP Certification form has been amended to remove the DUNS entry. The page limit for Factor 1- Technical Quality has been increased to 50 pages total. Attachment 1 (Performance Work Statement): Paragraph 1.9.2 has been updated to expand Government meetings to allow virtual participation.
