Special Notice: W912PM26RA004 Title: Philpott Anchors Construction The Industry Day Meeting for the Philpott Anchors Construction will occur on 21 January 2026 at 9:00 AM EST at Philpott Lake Visitor Center and Museum 1058 Philpott Dam Road, Bassett, VA 24055. The point of contact is Mr. Christopher Powell. He can be reached at (276)629-4512 Ext. 8224. In addition, a draft solicitation and draft specifications are attached to this notice. This is ONLY a draft solicitation and proposals will not be accepted. NOTE: All questions are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry via the Projnet website at https://www.projnet.org prior to 2 February 2026. The Bidder Inquiry key is 3359F6-8VVJS.
