AMENDMENT 006 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to Requests for Information (RFIs). Responses provided herein are partial; answers to all remaining RFIs will be published in a subsequent amendment. AMENDMENT 005 - The purpose of this amendment is to: a). Extend the solicitation due date from 08 September at 5:00 PM MDT to 18 September at 2:00 PM MDT. b). Provide site visit attendance lists to promote subcontracting opportunities.
