METC Christie Projector Installation

This task will involve the vendor uninstalling the current old/dated Panasonic projectors and installing new Christie projectors, which are already on hand and in METC�s inventory (GFE). The installation shall utilize the current cable and mounts already in place, as no additional cable runs are required. Subsequent programming will be necessary to ensure the new Christie projectors communicate and function correctly with the current system. This request would also include the ability for vendors to work nights/weekends to complete installation of media equipment. Specifically, the replacement of approximately 100 projectors within identified classrooms (Appendix B) Vendors will uninstall the old projectors and move them to the METC IT warehouse. Vendors will unbox, install, mount, align and test the new projectors to ensure proper viewing, functionality, and integration into the system.
