Q701--Radiation Oncology Quality Surveillance (VHA-ROQS) Program

1. Description The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veteran Health Administration (VHA), intends to issue a solicitation for contractor support to sustain and enhance the Radiation Oncology Quality Surveillance (VHA ROQS) Program. The contractor will evaluate, update, and maintain evidence based clinical quality measures (CQMs) used to monitor and improve radiotherapy quality across VHA radiation oncology practices nationwide This acquisition supports ongoing development of CQMs, SME driven updates, decision tree logic validation, and continuous quality improvement activities. 2. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide services including but not limited to: Evaluating existing CQM measure sets and prioritizing updates based on current evidence, performance data, and national guidelines.
