The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS), on behalf of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Division of Technology (DoT), intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis with: Coforma LLC,1200 18th Street NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC 20036-2531; for the continued operation, maintenance, enhancement, and Tier 3 end-user support of the ORR Process and Technology Modernization (OPTM) Platform and Home Studies/Post-Release Services (HS/PRS) applications, including associated shared OPTM platform infrastructure supporting the ORRbit application ecosystem. This notice is being publicized in accordance with RFO FAR 5.101, Presolicitation Notice.
