A single Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract is intended to result from this solicitation. This requirement is being solicited on the basis of other than full and open competition to Bird Johnson Propeller Company, LLC (BJPCo) (CAGE: 07309) (formerly referred to as Rolls-Royce Marine North America, Inc.) in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure the following services on a Sole Source basis from BJPCo, Walpole, MA: Repair of Waterjet and Impeller Drive Shaft assemblies for Freedom Class Littoral Combat Ship (LCS-1) ships.
