The U.S. Government is currently looking for a 2,300 � 2,500 sf storage space in a building in Rio Rico / Nogales, Arizona. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, and non-productive agency downtime. Space must be located within the following delineated area: US Border area along I-19 from north Rio Rico to the US Border in Nogales, Arizona. Lessor must remain active in SAM.gov during the lease (System for Award Management) and sign a government lease with applicable clauses. Units must have 24/7 access, first floor, contiguous space that meets Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, not in a 100-year flood plain, and sustainability standards.
