THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT This notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) section 5.201 to notify the public of a proposed contract action. The North American Identification Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance . The SBA size standard is f $34 million in average annual receipt. The proposed contract action is for a modification to an exisiting contract under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302(c)(1).
