Responses to technical questions will be posted as an amendment to this notice. 1. Description of Services: The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Multifamily Housing requires contractor support to conduct onsite inspections of new construction and substantial rehabilitation of multifamily housing projects and performing various inspection tasks. These services will provide HUD with the field/site data necessary to make informed decisions regarding the construction/rehabilitation phase of HUD multifamily mortgage insurance underwriting and capital advance programs. 2.
