Project Title/Location: DESIGN-BID-BUILD P084 NEXT GENERATION TORPEDO INTEGRATION LAB, NAVAL STATION NEWPORT, NEWPORT RI SOLICITATION NO. N4008526R0178 This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis with full and open competition. THIS SOLICITATION INCLUDES CMMC LEVEL 1 (SELF) REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFARS 252.204-7025 (DEVIATION 2026-0038) AND 252.204-7021 (DEVIATION 2026-0038). This project is considered a �Large-scale Construction Project� as defined in FAR 22.502 (DEVIATION 2026-O0040). Accordingly, the requirements of FAR Subpart 22.5 (DEVIATION 2026-O0040) will apply. The Offeror shall submit a signed Project Labor Agreement with their Price Proposal submission, in accordance with FAR Provision 52.222-33 (DEVIATION 2026-O0038) and FAR Clause 52.222-34 (DEVIATION 2026-O0038).
