Septic & Lift Station Pumping and Cleaning at Indiana Dunes National Park, Porter, Indiana The purpose of this amendment is to provide the date and time for a requested site visit and questions and answers asked thus far. The Site Visit is scheduled for 9/15/2026 at 11:00 AM CDT. Meeting location: HQ building, 1100 N Mineral Springs Rd Porter, IN. Meet at the flagpole. 1. Pricing basis. Attachment 3 requests one "EA" unit price per CLIN for routine, incident, and emergency pumping, while Attachment 2 lists tanks from 1,000 to 4,000 gallons. Will the Government evaluate price using the estimated quantities in Attachment 2? May quoters price by tank-size tier or per gallon, or is a single blended per-event price expected regardless of tank size? Answer: Quotes should show prices per gallon since the various tanks have different capacities.
