Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. � 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with NCH Corporation for Biological Drain System Maintenance. The contractor will use its Bio-Amp System already in place at the facility and its FREE-FLOW biological drain line & grease trap maintainer to cultivate bacteria onsite to ensure the reduction of effluent issues. Chemsearch (NCH Corp) is the only authorized vendors for ECO Bionics BioAmp� Automated System & Method for Growing Bacteria and FREE-FLOW in North America and is protected by U.S. Patent. Services being provided at the Clement J Zablocki VA Medical Center (Milwaukee VAMC), located at 5000 W National Ave, Milwaukee, WI. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. � 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in RFO 12.102 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
