The Baltimore, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 5,000 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a � mile radius of 241 W-B Township Blvd, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 12 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
