CGR Physical Security Upgrade U.S. Embassy Jerusalem, Israel The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price construction contract in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The offeror shall provide construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The U.S. Embassy Jerusalem has a requirement for physical security upgrade services at the CGR building in Jerusalem, a historically significant property on OBO's List of Significant Property. Work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation, IEBC, 2021 OBO Design Standards, DS FE/BR guidelines, and IBC 2018.
