The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration En Route Construction Branch has a need to replace humidifiers at Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center located in Farmington, Minnesota. The estimated construction magnitude for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Please see the attached Request for Offerors (RFO) package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM Local Time. Site visit attendees will meet with Mr. Alexander Meyer at the Minneapolis ARTCC Guard Station located at 512 Division St, Farmington, MN. 55024. Please have REAL-ID Act compliant identification ready for inspection upon arrival. Site visit attendees shall pre-announce their intent to inspect the site no later than noon Pacific Time on Monday, July 20, 2026.
