Commercial Street Vacuum

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of a new, commercial-duty, tow-behind turf vacuum and associated finger rotor kit. The required equipment shall be designed for high-volume collection of leaves, grass clippings, thatch, litter, and similar surface debris from maintained turf areas. The unit shall utilize powered vacuum suction to pick up debris from the turf surface and convey the collected material into an onboard debris hopper. The required finger rotor kit shall assist with agitating and lifting debris from the turf surface for collection by the vacuum system. The Government intends to procure a Harper Turbo Vac TV60 RE with Finger Rotor Kit, or equal equipment meeting or exceeding the salient characteristics identified in the solicitation.
