RFI- Industry Input on Acquisition Lifecycle Optimization

Purpose The Government is seeking feedback from industry partners regarding opportunities to improve acquisition planning, execution, contract administration, and post-award performance throughout the acquisition lifecycle. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Responses to this RFI are not considered offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government�s objective is to better understand industry perspectives on acquisition efficiencies, barriers to competition, risk reduction strategies, communication methods, and innovative approaches that support timely delivery of capability to the end user/warfighter.
