Department of Veterans Affairs | Pittsburgh VAMC UD SPS AHU & RO Upgrade | 646-21-101 The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 (VISN 04) Contracting Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing full and open (unrestricted) competition per FAR Part 6.1 to award a single, firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for Construction Services related to UD SPS AHU and RO Upgrade for the Pittsburgh VAMC located at University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. All construction must be in compliance with applicable codes, VA policy/standards, and the terms of this contract. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for construction of the project as specified in the drawings and specifications.
