SUPPLY CHAIN OPTIMIZATION SUPPORT (SCOS) Product Service Code : R706 AMENDMENT 1 - 5 Aug 2026 - Updated to extend the proposal due date to 18 Sep 2026 and attach SOW Appendices. Note: Appendix I cannot be posted to sam.gov and, if needed, must be requested via email to the POCs identified on this solicitation. If approved, Appendix I will be delivered via a secure site.
