Request for Information - Warhead High Precision Liners

DESCRIPTION: The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, on behalf of the Project Lead Joint Services, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is seeking interested Continental United States (CONUS) sources and information for the existing capability to manufacture high precision shaped charge, explosively formed penetrator (EFP), multiple explosively formed penetrator (MEFP) liners for anti-armor and anti-materiel warheads. RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS: The Government is requesting information from all interested CONUS sources having relevant capabilities fabricating anti-armor and anti-materiel liners that have high geometric tolerances and extremely high material purity. The Government is interested in information on capabilities and experience to produce shaped charge, EFP, and MEFP liners at rates between 10,000 and 100,000 per year.
