This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911QY-26-R-MONU is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new monument sign at Natick Soldiers Systems Center. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
