Request for Solutions: Flankspeed Agile Support & Task Repository (FASTR) prototype project Purpose: In support of the Navy's Acquisition Transformation goals, there is a critical need to reimagine Integrated Product Support (IPS) product development by eliminating the fragmented, labor-intensive workflows that currently throttle mission execution. Background and Summary: Today, IPS management relies on manual Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, decentralized spreadsheets, and disparate task-tracking systems. This disjointed architecture creates significant data latency, delaying the early identification of schedule risks, skewing accurate cost accounting, and forcing the workforce to exhaust an unsustainable volume of man-hours on administrative reporting rather than proactive, mission-critical execution.
